Originally from Boston, Chuck started playing guitar at the ripe old age of 8 and never stopped, playing in a local church group and starting his first band at 13. He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston briefly and then in 1989 returned to an academic education, finishing with a degree in History from Northeastern University in 1991.

After moving to New York the following year to pursue acting, he continued to play locally, but mainly focused on theater and film, co-founding VagaBOND Theatre Company. He produced and acted in several off-off Broadway productions and a few years later produced the independent feature film Fat Chance which hit the Film Festival circuit.

Now he is stuck in the day to day grind of desk work and must therefore escape into the small coffeehouses and pubs that Northern Point now frequents.

Chuck began with an acoustic guitar, moved on to electric, but then returned to his roots and now only plays acoustically.
